German Propaganda

The piece of propaganda I'm focusing on is about the blackout regulations in the 1940s, as the direct translation is, "The enemy sees your light! Black out!" The picture's intended audience is everyone under Hitler's rule. It's effective because it influences fear, as the people of Germany were afraid of the ones under Hitler's order, so they followed what and who they were supposed to.
